We Currently offer two private training types:
- Strength Training
- "1-on-1" = one client + one instructor
- "pair" = two clients + one instructor
- "small group" = 3-6 clients + one instructor
- 60 minute sessions.
- See below, varies by Instructor. Discuss with Instructor directly.
- 1-on-1: $50 - $75
- Pair: $30 - $50 (per client)
- Small group: $20 - $30 (per client)
HOW TO START
- Complete a "private training inquiry" form below.
- Select your training type and instructor through the form.
- Schedule your sessions with the instructor directly (they will contact you).
- Pay your instructor directly and book future appointments directly or submit another inquiry here.
