We offer several training formats:
- Strength (lifting / speed and agility)
- "one-on-one" = one client + one instructor
- "pair" = two clients + one instructor
- "small group" = 3-6 clients + one instructor
- 60-75 minute sessions: varies by instructor. Contact directly.
HOW TO START
- Complete a "private inquiry form" below.
- Select your training type and instructor through the form.
- Schedule your sessions with the instructor directly (they will contact you).
- Pay your instructor directly and book future appointments directly or sumbit another inquiry here.
