We offer several training formats:

  • Wrestling
  • Strength (lifting / speed and agility)
  1. "one-on-one" = one client + one instructor
  2. "pair" = two clients + one instructor
  3. "small group" = 3-6 clients + one instructor

PRICING

  • 60-75 minute sessions: varies by instructor.  Contact directly.

HOW TO START

  1. Complete a "private inquiry form" below.
  2. Select your training type and instructor through the form.
  3. Schedule your sessions with the instructor directly (they will contact you).
  4. Pay your instructor directly and book future appointments directly or sumbit another inquiry here.
