Private instruction propels athletes ahead-of-the-pack through personalized and focused training.
We offer several private training formats:
- Strength (Lifting / Speed & Agility)
- "one-on-one" = one client + one instructor.
- "pair" = two clients + one instructor.
- "small group" = 3-6 clients + one instructor
- 60-75 minute sessions: varies by instructor, contact directly.

- Select your training type and instructor through the form.
- Schedule your sessions with the instructor directly (they will contact you).
- Pay your instructor directly and book future appointments directly or sumbit another inquiry here.
